- Be familiar with club rules for MPPA entry
- Select entries for MPPA based on PACC print and slide competition results and MPPA quotas, collecting images either on evening of competition or by reminding member just before the MPPA meeting to bring them in. Encourage members with notable images that are outside the MPPA quota to bring them in as "walk-in" entries (one per member)
- Just before the MPPA meeting, complete entry forms, and for prints complete and apply yellow MPPA labels.
- Receive ribbons for winning images at end of evening, and see that they are distributed at the next PACC meeting
- Maintain records (copies) of winning entries
