Potluck items to bring
(to feed 8-10)		 CHOOSE ONE:  Appetizer - Main course - Salad - Side-dish - Dessert
In addition, you may bring a beverage for yourself (wine, beer, soda). The club will provide fruit punch, tea/coffee, disposable glasses, plates and eating utensils  (Remember to retrieve your serving dishes and utensils at the end of the event.)
Auction item suggestions

This year we hope to encourage more active participation and attendance by both enhancing the value of donated items and publicizing them in advance on our website. Also we are encouraging members to bring friends or family members who might be interested. We invite ALL members to notify auction personnel as follows:

We are emphasizing items of significant value and broad interest - send description with estimated value, and suggested opening bid to Philippe Cailloux. (LIST to date - 2007)

Other items may still be brought as in past years. This includes photographic equipment & materials, computer paraphernalia, plants, baked goods, anything that might be of interest to others. (Books & darkroom items are not in great demand.). Please be prepared to retrieve any items that are not sold..

Bring cash or a check to pay for items.

Aside from dues, this is our main source of income to support club activities and equipment. Donations are not tax-deductible.
Registration - by Fri Aug 24 Contact Joyce James (Phone: 650-369-1615) by Sept 5 to let her know how many are attending and the type of dish you will bring (e.g., main course, etc.). Also A FEW GOOD VOLUNTEERS are needed to arrive by noon to help set up. Helpers are also needed to tidy up afterward.
