(Old books, film cameras & darkroom items, and rotary dial phones are not in great demand.). If you have any questions contact Philippe Cailloux at philippe AT cailloux.org

We also encourage members who'd like to bring more 'casual' items (other than those on the list above) to do so on the day of the event. For each item please write what it is, a suggested opening bid and your name on a small piece of paper, and give it to our auction coordinator Deborah Plumley.

REMEMBER to bring cash or a check to pay for items, and be prepared to retrieve any items that are not sold. Unsold items that have not been retrieved will be discarded.

Aside from dues, this is one of our main sources of income to support club activities and equipment. Donations are not tax-deductible.

RSVP, etc  Use this RSVP form to let us know by Wed Sept 8 how many are attending and the type of dish you will bring for the potluck (main course, salad, side-dish, dessert, beverages, etc). Also, Deborah Plumley will circulate a sign-up sheet at the August meetings to facilitate this process for those who prefer to do it this way.

Also A FEW GOOD VOLUNTEERS are needed to arrive by 11:30 am to help set up. Helpers are also needed to tidy up afterward.
