Rafael will be showing and discussing prints of lichens that were taken in the span of several years in an area east of Modesto, close to the small town of Snelling (about 3 1/2 hours from Palo Alto). The lichens do not look the same every year - some years (like 2005) are far better than others. The prime season runs from January to April.
