| "Through my photography ... I try to capture nature in ways that either tell a story as it is unfolding or simply show nature’s beauty, especially that which is typically hidden from human eyes. I work both in the field and studio to capture my images. I want to make a person look twice at my pictures, look closer, think about what it is they are seeing, ask a question or want to share their experience with others. These are the measures I use for success of my work. For ultimately if we as a society see and appreciate the wonders contained in our worlds, we might behave in ways that better help man and nature share the “Gardens of Eden” we live in together. |
