"Member Critique Evenings
|
| These evenings are held on the 4th WED. of months when a formal speaker has not been lined up. At times a local photographer artist will be invited to lead the discussion. Each member is encouraged to bring 1 or 2 recent images* (prints or digital; any category) that they like and on which they wish feedback. This will be an opportunity to discuss why they chose the subject, how they captured it and anything else about the image that interests them. This will be followed by open discussion with members in the audience. Each image presentation will last about 5-10 minutes. If there is time left at the end, second images may be shown. These images need not have been previously entered in competition. Print mounting is optional. Members planning to bring an image should RSVP to Laurie at least 7 days before the meeting, stating whether they will bring a print or a digital image. Depending on the number of responses we will decide whether 1 or 2 images can be accommodated. Questions may be submitted to "info AT pacamera DOT com". Laurie Naiman |
