Three otherworldly images by PACC member Phil Lewenthal have been selected by the International Photography Hall of Fame and Museum for inclusion in its 2023 Open Photography Competition Exhibition. Photographers from across the U.S. and around the world submitted a diverse selection of creative works from a variety of genres. Joyce Tennyson, internationally lauded as one of the leading photographers of her generation, was the juror.
Quiet Mood 3, The Ancients, and Just a Trace are from an ongoing series of seascapes taken at Sea Ranch and other places (mostly) on the Sonoma coast. Quiet Mood 3 and The Ancients were submitted and received Honorable Mentions in PACC competitions.
