An image by PACC member Nadine Levin, Favorite Body Parts of My Muse, has been published in the fall issue of SHOTS Magazine. The theme of the Fall 2023 No. 161 issue is Meet My Muse. Photographers whose work is represented in this issue are listed here: https://shotsmag.com/products/no-161-fall-issue-2023-meet-my-muse. Elizabeth Flinsch, the SHOTS editor, wrote: "There is no way I could have anticipated the volume and strength of images sent our way in response to the theme, Meet my Muse.”
Nadine says: Aspects of my husband's physical being have appeared in several of my images and he is my photographic muse. I submitted 5 images and I was delighted to have one published. The only "disappointment" is it is an image that is not a new one. The images in this issue are outstanding and broadly interpret the theme – I recommend our members consider looking into getting a subscription.
This image, then titled Sands of Time, won PACC’s Ann McKenzie award in 2016.

SHOTS Magazine is a beautifully printed black & white quarterly journal in world gone digital, not an on-line publication. Each issue has a theme. SHOTS is an independent, reader-supported journal of eclectic fine art photography, with the belief that black and white is still a powerful medium and deserves its own platform.
